Welcome to WaffleStealz. This Terms of Service (“Terms”) agreement dictates the rules for accessing and utilizing all platforms managed under the WaffleStealz brand and the WaffleStealz.org domain. Covered platforms encompass our Minecraft server, official website, web store, application programming interfaces (APIs), login systems, and connected community spaces. Engaging with any of our offerings constitutes your explicit acceptance of these binding conditions.

Legal Compliance

Users are required to obey all applicable local, national, and international laws while interacting with our ecosystem. We strictly forbid any unlawful behavior carried out through our infrastructure. Engaging in illicit acts will trigger immediate consequences, such as account suspensions, the retention of digital evidence, and notification of law enforcement agencies when legally necessary or allowable.

Absolute Ban on Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Our network enforces an uncompromising, zero-tolerance stance against any media or dialogue that depicts, encourages, or enables the exploitation or sexual abuse of minors.

This strict prohibition covers, without limitation:

  • Any visual or text-based media, links, or references depicting the sexual exploitation of underage individuals.
  • In-game creations—such as map art, signposts, written books, chat logs, stored inventory, or ender chest items—that distribute or point toward this illegal content.
  • Any actions constituting grooming, solicitation, or preliminary behaviors aimed at harming minors.

Prohibited Actions Regarding CSAM

  • Storing, sharing, asking for, uploading, linking to, or holding CSAM in any capacity.
  • Transmitting direct links, private messages, or other materials designed to solicit or grant access to child exploitation.
  • Attempting to “report” such content by capturing screenshots, reproducing, or forwarding the offending files.

How to Handle Suspected CSAM Encounters

Should you stumble upon illicit material of this nature, you must strictly adhere to the following protocol:

  1. Refrain entirely from interacting with, saving, capturing, disseminating, or repeatedly viewing the files.
  2. Never forward this content to the WaffleStealz moderation team, nor share it across Discord, Telegram, support emails, or any public forum.
  3. Immediately submit a report directly to the relevant legal authorities.

Our Staff’s Limitations Regarding Illegal Material

The administrators and support staff at WaffleStealz are not legally authorized or equipped to handle, review, store, or investigate child exploitation material. Please do not submit screenshots, raw files, or hyperlinks of this nature to our team. Any account caught moving this type of content through our platforms will face permanent network bans and immediate escalation to law enforcement. This strict guideline exists to safeguard both our personnel and our player base while ensuring that severe crimes are handled exclusively by qualified professional organizations.

Additional Unacceptable Behaviors

The following actions are completely banned across our game servers, websites, storefronts, and external community hubs:

  • Distributing, requesting, or sharing links to any form of unlawful media.
  • Engaging in doxxing, swatting, issuing credible real-life threats, blackmail, stalking, or illegal harassment.
  • Producing material or acting in a manner that targets, sexualizes, or endangers children.
  • Falsely claiming to be a WaffleStealz staff member to execute scams, steal credentials, or cause harm.
  • Leveraging our platforms to organize malicious attacks on individuals, external infrastructure, or private accounts outside the scope of normal gameplay.

Committing severe illegal acts or causing real-world harm will lead to swift penalties, including permanent bans, data deletion, and official reports to the authorities.

The Nature of Anarchy Gameplay

Any rulebooks found within the game environment are purely for comedic effect; this document outlines the actual binding regulations. See the satirical Rules page for contrast.

Because WaffleStealz operates as an anarchy-style Minecraft environment, traditional rule-breaking—such as player-versus-player combat, griefing, stealing, scamming, and utilizing client-side modifications—is entirely allowed, provided it does not breach these specific Terms, disrupt server stability, or violate actual laws.

Our administration will not step in to mediate standard in-game disputes, base destruction, or item theft. Participation is solely at your own risk. You will not receive compensation or rollbacks for lost progress, structures, or items, as this is an expected element of the anarchy experience.

Please note that connected communities, like our Discord server, maintain their own distinct rule sets. Punishments administered on external platforms may occur independently of your in-game status, and vice versa.

Maintaining Infrastructure Stability

Users are forbidden from deliberately undermining the performance, security, or uptime of our network. Outlawed behaviors include hacking accounts, stealing passwords, launching Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, exploiting severe technical glitches, evading security barriers, or purposefully lagging the proxy, web hosts, or game servers.

We will restrict any automated tools or bot networks that degrade the playing experience or threaten our hardware. This encompasses automated item dropping, malicious bot swarms, forced rapid chunk loading, or machines built explicitly to drain server resources and crash the game for others. The WaffleStealz administration reserves the right to implement technical blocks, disable harmful contraptions, or ban users to defend our network’s overall health and availability.

Player-Created Media

Everything you produce on our platforms—ranging from chat messages and base designs to map art, signs, player skins, and names—is considered user-generated content. You carry full legal and ethical responsibility for whatever material you upload, build, transmit, or communicate.

While the WaffleStealz team does not actively moderate or pre-approve everything players create, we hold the authority to wipe content or ban profiles if we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms, physical laws, or our security protocols. By introducing your content to our network, you grant WaffleStealz a royalty-free, global, and non-exclusive right to display, process, host, and reproduce it strictly for the purposes of running, securing, maintaining, and promoting our ecosystem.

Account Responsibilities and Access Rights

  • Users must be at least 13 years of age—or the minimum legal age required in your region—to register an account on our website.
  • Keeping your login credentials, usernames, and connected accounts (such as Discord and Minecraft integrations) secure is entirely your responsibility.
  • We retain the right to suspend, limit, or permanently revoke your access to the game, shop, or support tickets to uphold these Terms, eliminate security threats, or comply with legal obligations.
  • Paid ranks or server benefits can be stripped if tied to fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or severe rule-breaking.
  • WaffleStealz also reserves the right to alter, discontinue, or pause any specific features, worlds, website domains, or paid perks at any given time.

Purchases and Payment Disputes

All financial transactions, including digital rank upgrades and shop items, are entirely non-refundable and final unless explicitly mandated by law or stated otherwise during the checkout process.

Lifetime Rank Purchases

A Lifetime rank is a single purchase, not a monthly subscription. It grants access for as long as the WaffleStealz server and shop remain operational under substantially the same service. Lifetime does not mean forever in every circumstance: if the server shuts down, is discontinued, undergoes a major reset, or a drastic change requires removing paid ranks from all players, lifetime ranks may be revoked without refund except where required by law.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback will trigger the following actions:

  • The permanent removal of all bought perks, ranks, and associated benefits.
  • A temporary or total ban from all WaffleStealz-affiliated services.
  • The forwarding of your transaction history and account details to our payment gateway for fraud investigation.
  • Potential legal escalation if there is proof of deliberate fraud or unlawful actions.

Data Collection and Privacy

Registering for or utilizing our network requires us to collect essential operational data. This may include your email address, chosen username, payment history, connected third-party IDs, and logs of your server activity. We rely on this information to verify your identity, apply store purchases, stop malicious abuse, and keep the network secure.

WaffleStealz pledges never to sell your personal data. However, we may securely share necessary details with our hosting providers, payment gateways, or legal authorities to process transactions or investigate major policy breaches.

Coverage of These Terms

These guidelines apply comprehensively to the entire WaffleStealz ecosystem. This includes:

  • The main WaffleStealz Minecraft environment and interconnected game modes.
  • The WaffleStealz.org domain and any associated web properties.
  • Our digital storefront, API endpoints, proxy servers, authentication services, and official community platforms.

We reserve the right to revise this document periodically. Any modifications go into effect immediately upon publication unless we specify a future launch date. By continuing to log in or browse our sites following a revision, you automatically accept the updated rules.

Final Acknowledgment

By viewing, connecting to, or playing on any WaffleStealz platform, you verify that you have thoroughly read and accepted this agreement. If you refuse these conditions, you are required to disconnect and cease using our ecosystem immediately. Failure to adhere to these rules can result in the deletion of your creations, forfeiture of paid benefits, permanent network bans, evidence preservation, and potential referral to law enforcement.
